Shipping and Returns Policy

Overview

Your order will usually ship from us no later than 5-7 business days after the time your order is placed on our website (No cancellations or modifications are allowed on your order once a confirmation email has been sent out.) If your order does not ship within the time frame, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay.

NOTE : Mocha Threadz LLC is responsible for packaging and shipping your order. We can show the date the package was shipped and a receipt. Our liability ends when the product is shipped.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDIT GIVEN ON PRODUCTS DUE TO THE PRODUCTS BEING CONSIDERED FOOD.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please take the picture of defective item and send us an email at info@mochathreadz.com and send your item to 14622 Ventura Blvd suite 5036, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
