"II purchased the 2 lb bag which is well worth the price. It will last me for months! Next, this is REAL sea moss. It's smells like the oceans which made me excited. Last year I bought it elsewhere (embarrassing ebay) and it smelled like chlorine and had allot of salty stuff on it. THIS is not like that. It's dry like it should be, smells like the sea, and so easy to make into gel! Next, I run and workout. I've noticed the sea moss has helped with energy levels and endurance.
