HOW DO I STORE SEA MOSS

Sea moss gel will last up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator. Please, keep it refrigerated at all times for longer lasting freshness. Sea Moss Gel can last up to 4 months in a freezer.

HOW DOES SEA MOSS TASTE?

Sea Moss is tasteless; so, when it comes to including sea moss in the day to day diet it becomes a versatile ingredient that can be added to soups, stews, salads, drinks, tea, smoothies, and can be easily infused with other fruit juices or protein shakes.

CAN YOU SEA MOSS TAKE WHILE PREGNANT

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TAKE SEA MOSS

We recommend taking 1-2 tablespoons once a day.
